OWH Sketch Challenge #212

Here is my take on this sketch. Simple and fun! I made the background dots with the MFT graduated dots stencil and clear embossing powder. I wanted white dots but grabbed the wrong container of embossing powder. I think it came out fine, with the tone on tone look.

Paper: GinaK White, Black and Blue, Stampin Up Whisper White
Stamps: Lawn Fawn Bannerific, MFT Typewriter Alphabet
Stencil: MFT Graduated Dots
Ink: Momento Tuxedo Black, Versamark
Copic Marikers, Misc. Twine

Thank you for looking and have a Blessed Day!

  1. In today's world of abbreviated words, this card is perfection! I love the big polka dots too!

  2. Thanks Carol! I am not a big fan of the abbreviated words but have been seeing it on cards lately, so I decided to join the band wagon.

  3. Great card, I love your "mistake" with the embossing powder. I think better than white. The blue does add a tone on tone, without distracting from the sentiment banners! Nice addition with the twine too!
